Ivan Poyda

Ivan Poyda is the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Ukrainian Branch at the International Software and Productivity Engineering Institute (INTSPEI) since November, 2007.

Prior to joining INTSPEI, for two years Mr. Poyda was the General Manager of Exigen Services / StarSoft Development Labs, Ukraine National operations.
Before being appointed as the General Manager for Exigen, he served as the Head of their Set-up Team for all company operations in Ukraine.

Previously he served for 10 years in the recruitment services industry, last half of which he spent as the General Manager for Ukrainian branch of the Metropolis Personnel Group - headquartered in Moscow leading CEE recruiting company.

Since 1999 to the present, Mr. Poyda has been served as the President of the Managers Union of Ukraine. He is also a Professional Member of ACM.
