Ivan Poyda

 

Ivan Poyda is Development Center Director at SoftServe Inc since September 2008.

Prior to joining SoftServe, Mr. Poyda was the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Ukrainian Branch at the International Software and Productivity Engineering Institute (INTSPEI)

2005-2007 was the General Manager of Exigen Services / StarSoft Development Labs, Ukraine National operations.
Before being appointed as the General Manager for Exigen, he served as the Head of their Set-up Team for all company operations in Ukraine.

Previously he served for 10 years in the recruitment services industry, last half of which he spent as the General Manager of Ukrainian branch at the Metropolis Personnel Group - headquartered in Moscow leading CEE recruiting company.

Since 1999 to the present, Mr. Poyda has been served as the President of the Managers Union of Ukraine. He is also a Professional Member of ACM.
